UCSD Chancellor's subject files, 1958-2000.

The Chancellor's subject files are an accumulation of records transferred from the Administrative Records Office. Any aspect of UCSD's administration may be reflected in the files. Some of the more prominent subjects include UC-wide administration, development of the campus and of the curriculum, fund-raising, relations with the greater San Diego community, student affairs, and current events affecting university operations and life. The collection also includes records from the offices of several vice-chancellors.
